The Jazz Poetry Concert is held in the City of Asylum, Pittsburgh and is a great concert and unique event that is attracting international attention. The Concert brings poets and writers to Pittsburgh from many countries who collaborate and perform with world-class jazz musicians on a closed North Side alley on Sampsonia Way. [...] Yes! I want to have fun and get a behind the scenes view of the Hyde Park Jazz Festival in Chicago, Illinois! Do you like Jazz? Hyde Park? Making new friends? Can you commit to a four hour shift on Saturday, September 26 between 10 am and 2 am? Then please join 200 volunteers and 15,000 jazz lovers for a fantastic day of music and community at the Hyde Park Jazz Festival, featuring live jazz performances at 12 venues across Chicago’s Hyde Park Neighborhood.
