BLACK MOUNTAIN — The high-energy Firecracker Jazz Band will perform a free concert 7-9 p.m. Thursday at Lake Tomahawk in Black Mountain as part of the ongoing Black Mountain Swannanoa Chamber of Commerce summer events series.
