The Chicago Jazz Festival is in its 32nd year, and it’s still going strong as it kicks off again on Thursday. The Ionia High School Jazz Ensemble will be traveling east Sunday for the opportunity to perform at the Detroit International Jazz Festival for the second year in a row.
