SYRACUSE On Saturday, April 24 at 8 p.m., the CNY Jazz Arts Foundation closes its 14th CNY Jazz Orchestra concert season with a concert by the CNY Jazz Orchestra with special guest artists Joe Magnarelli and Bill Dobbins.
