The Topsfield Town Library is celebrating Mardi Gras with Henri Smith and the New Orleans Friends and Flavours concert Friday, Feb. The Monroe Township Library annual Jazz Event is planned for 7 p.m. Oct. 24 at the library, 4 Municipal Plaza.
