Dudley Memorial Band Shell and Dick Daughtery Plaza at Riverside Park. The beat goes on as the 2010 summer series begins Wednesday with the sounds of Night Jazz taking the band shell stage Columbus got a taste of Sin City last night when the Columbus Gay Men’s Chorus and the Columbus Jazz Orchestra teamed up for “A Night in Vegas” at the Riffe Center’s Capitol Theatre. The Linfield and McMinnville communities were swept away from reality and ushered into an evening devoted to jazz at Jazz Night on May 14. Double Vision Jazz Choir and the Linfield Jazz Band put on a fantastic show during the concert in Ice Auditorium. Jazz SummerFest was so successful that the popular Bickford Jazz Showcase has expanded it for 2010.
