GAINESVILLE - On Saturday, November 14th the Arts Council ushers in its 13th Season of Evenings of Intimate Jazz. The 2009-2010 season will open with Pruett/Davis and Friends. Rick Pruett first played at Evenings of Intimate Jazz in the 1999-2000 season; a mere ten years back. The Toledo Symphony will open the University of Findlay 2009-2010 Concert and Lecture Series with a Pops concert at 8 p.m. Aug. 31, 2009 — Jazz at Holmes will open its fall series of free Thursday night jazz concerts with an outdoor jazz tribute to the 40th anniversary of Woodstock.
